It shows confidence. an individual who feels that he isn’t worth taking note of will speak quickly because he doesn’t want to stay others waiting on something undeserving of taking note of. albeit you don’t feel the arrogance of somebody who speaks slowly, try doing it a couple of times. it'll cause you to feel more confident.
